All investments are for the outright acquisition and enhancement of property assets located in the UK.

The platform focuses on specific property types, and our limits on individual acquisitions, our prescriptions concerning admission to membership, our focus on well-run well-maintained turn-key income producing property (or properties that can readily be so), are all self-imposed limits expected to avoid loss for members.

The UK property market has had periods of no and negative growth. Poor or unlucky timing or forced sales can result in less than desirable proceeds from sales of one or some properties, or in the proceeds from the sale of a member’s shareholding in a property.

The United Kingdom has a well understood legal system and sound property rights. It has a tightly regulated banking system, an independent judiciary, and an economy that supplies and regulates many of the professions that offer the services we will rely on.

Best in class providers will establish a mechanism for a secondary market for the sale of investor holdings so as to permit early exit for any reason. The platform membership does not offer a market, nor does it act as buyer of last resort for any investor member, but the platform will ensure any member’s need to liquidate early is supported.

Limits we impose are intended to act as safeguards to help prevent an individual member becoming over-invested in the platform as a whole, or in any individual property.
